What else do I need to know

This is similar to an aerobic workout so trainers are a must
Gym clothes are ideal so you can really get moving
It's recommended to bring a bottle of water as Zumba can really work up a thirst!
This is a great class for people of all levels and fitness so everybody can participate from Zumba experts to pure beginners

It doesn’t matter what skill or fitness level your group is at, Zumba is the perfect way to have a little fun, learn a few sexy dance steps and put on a bit of a sweat together with your mates. Our centrally located dance studio is bright and welcoming – we’ll have you mastering the Zumba in no-time!

Doing a Zumba class in Spain gave us that extra kick we were looking for! The music was fantastic and Lorena showed us some great moves.
