Getting to Malaga…and getting away

Malaga airport is only 8km from the city centre, so in the time it takes to stash away your passport and rip the stickers off your luggage, you’ll already be arriving at your accommodation.
The standard way to get into town is on the train (Malaga Aeropuerto to Malaga Centro Alameda), which takes about 20 minutes.
