Come and grapple with our instructor
- 1500: Pick up time at hotel
- 1600: After a briefing and donning of suits, begin Sumo wrestling and/or Boxing!
- 1730: You might need a beer or two to calm the pain all over your torso (from laughing)
- 1900: Back at the hotel!

- Large inflatable gloves.
- Groups of up to 10 will have one hour on each activity.
- Groups of more than ten will have two hours.

- Transport outside Madrid is usually required for activities like sum wrestling and boxing.

Sumo Wrestling in Madrid
Madrid sumo is your chance to slug it out with the rest of your mates and land a few serious body blows. All without injury…or not too much anyway. Wearing the infamous and somewhat ridiculous inflatable Sumo Wrestling suits you’ll struggle to get to grips with and throw your opponent, Sumo style. There are limits to how much of a real Sumo you can be to get into one of these suits.
We’ll also set up an inflatable boxing ring, and with your over-sized gloves it’ll be a case of landing a few good punches… Egged on by the group you are more likely to knock yourself out laughing than really be counted out. Pound for pound this is one of our most hilarious activities! Our Madrid sumo wrestling activity is one of a series of unusual stag activities sure to raise and eyebrow (or two, if you have more than one).
Pure combat – and a real belly laugh. Our sumo wrestling activity includes suits, gloves and equipment and a sumo instructor (he’s gigantic). You can check out full details of what’s included and timings elsewhere on this page. Groups of up to 10 will have one hour on each activity. Larger groups will take part for approx two hours. Oh, and we’ll also pick you up at your hotel and take you there and back!
