What is the normal schedule for a Valencia pole dancing class?
This schedule is merely a suggestion, as class start times are very flexible. If you would like to start at a different time, please just ask us.

- The most important thing to do before taking a Pole Dancing Class is do not use body lotions or creams for 24 hours before the class or your body will not stick to the pole! (That’s a little secret of the trade right there ? )

Make sure you wear shorts – we gotta have some legs showing…though really it’s so you stick to the pole!
