Valencia Beach Apartments

  • All bedding, towels and basics included.
  • Ask first about hair dryers
  • Kettles and toaster are not standard in Spain (where water tends to be boiled in a pot!), but may be available on request.

  • In the event of damage at apartments, your group will be asked to sort out the repair bill!
  • As standard practice for apartments booking throughout Spain, a bond against damage-free use of apartments is usually required. This will be made painless for you as we can accept a swipe or pre-authorization of a credit card which will expire one week after you return home, or let us suggest other ways to organise this.

Make sure your Valencia Airport Transfers are stress-free by booking your own coach with a rep to meet you at the airport and help you hit the ground running with information, local knowledge and tips.

City - Valencia Hen Do

Valencia beach apartments

Our Valencia Beach Apartments are just the answer for stag and hen groups looking to spend time at the playa. The Marina area is also one of the liveliest areas for Valencia nightlife in the summer months, boasting several top chill out and nightclub venues. All of our self-catering beach apartments are modern, fully equipped with towels, sheets and blankets and offer groups a relaxed “place of their own” near Valencia’s port, marina and the beaches.

Our apartments sleep up to 8 persons and are located in the streets near the America’s Cup Port and Malvarrosa Beach, on average a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It is easy to get to Valencia City Centre by bus, tram, underground or taxi (this takes about 15 minutes). Our apartments are clustered around the Marina, the charming and historic district of Cabanyal and the Malvarrosa beach area.

  • Valencia’s trendy beach area, well-connected for taxis, metro, trams and buses
  • Restaurants and nightlife nearby
  • 15 minutes from Valencia City Centre by taxi
  • 10 minutes to the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias.
  • Home to the Valencia Street Circuit for the Formula One European Grand Prix.

Valencia, los valencianos, their beach, and their port

Surprisingly, Valencianos have traditionally lived with their backs to the sea, as they say. The wide expanses of sandy beaches at Malvarrosa, Patacona and Las Arenas have been in the shadow of the nearby Port (one of Europe’s largest) and Valencianos preferred to go further afield to beaches at El Saler, or south to Gandia or Cullera.

This has all changed with the regeneration of the port and marina area, mainly due to the hosting of the 2007 America’s Cup and the Formula One European Grand Prix, (first held on August 23rd 2009). In fact, there is now a whole host of bars and restaurants in the area, together with chill-out terraces and top clubs that combine perfectly to provide a vibrant nightlife for those of you who like the beach, but prefer to avoid the sun!
