What is included ?

Bairro alto apartments offer various apartments clustered around the streets of the Lisbon district that bears that name.
This means you'll with all be staying in the same building (in several apartments) or nearby in the same street or just round the corner. That way we can accommodate even large group sizes.
Apartments capacity varies: typically apartment sleep from 4 up to 9 in some cases.
Some apartments have delightful balconies and terraces.
Sheets, towels and basics included, as well as kitchen facilities and TV.
We can offer options where you avoid bed-share, although teh lowest priced options will be "free distribution" (meaning that there may be bed share if required.

What else do I need to know?

Deposits as a guarantee against damage to the apartments are a normal part of group accommodation bookings in all cities. In Lisbon these vary from €50 per person to €150 per apartments typically.
Deposits can usually be paid in cash (returned when you leave the place in good condition!) or as a swipe on a credit card. .
Respect the House Rules! You'll be informed of house rules regarding noise and behaviour when you check in.

What do I need to do to book ?

Booking deposits and upfront payments are often required to secure bookings in advance.
Booking deposits are usually refundable in case of partial or total cancellation, but conditions may vary across locations and depending on the policy of each apartments manager or owner.
If your accommodation booking as part of a stag or hen package booked with The Spain Event, the terms and conditions of the bookings will usually fall under our normal rules (usually a 20% deposit to book then full payment 30 days before arrival).

Book Bairro Alto apartments in Lisbon and stay in the heart of old Lisbon. Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s nerve centre and most celebrated district. The “upper district” rocks, the city’s most elegible address with no doubt. You’ll be near the nightlife areas, the fantastic “miradouros” commanding panoramic views over the whole city, and just up the hill from Cais do Sodre and the port areas. There is no better location.

The Bairro Alto apartments cater to all group sizes.
They are clustered around streets like Rua Diario da Noticias and Rua Atalaya – meaning your groups will use several apartments all in the same building, street or in adjacent streets.
You’ll be within walking distance of all Lisbon’s charms. Great restaurants, historical sights and bars. Chiado, Baixa and Cais do Sodre are within 10 minutes walk.
For those of you heading to the ports or quaysides for a Lisbon boat trip or cruise you’ll find transport easily (taxi, bus, underground or on foot).
