What is included ?

Apartments capacity varies: typically apartment sleep from 4 up to 7 in some cases.
We will offer you "free distribution" or "no bed share"

Sheets, towels and basics included, as well as kitchen facilities and TV.

What else do I need to know?

Deposits as a guarantee against damage to the Cais do Sodre apartments are a normal part of group accommodation bookings in all cities. In Lisbon these vary from €50 per person to €150 per apartments typically.
Deposits can usually be paid in cash (returned when you leave the place in good condition!) or as a swipe on a credit card. .
Respect the House Rules! You'll be informed of house rules regarding noise and behaviour when you check in. There's so much partying to be had in Lisbon city centre, no need to make your own at home!

Booking deposits and upfront payments are often required to secure bookings in advance.
Booking deposits are usually refundable in case of partial or total cancellation, but conditions may vary across locations and depending on the policy of each apartments manager or owner.
If your accommodation booking is part of a stag or hen package booked with The Spain Event, the terms and conditions of the bookings will usually fall under our normal rules (usually a 20% deposit to book then full payment 30 days before arrival).

Ask anyone with any minimum nous whatsoever where you have to go in Lisbon and they’ll say “Cais do Sodre” If the Cais do Sodre didn’t exist you’d have to design it. Just across from the port and down the hill from the Bairro Alto, lie Cais do Sodre apartments. Cais do Sodre is the zone for sin and commerce, trade and tantalisation. Near the famous “Pink St” with its former brothels and wonderfully licentious night life, you’ll be impressed by the big and broad buildings and the views of the majestic Tagus River estuary.

Near Pink St, Time Out Market, Bica St Elevator and the main underground, ferry and train stations. You’ll use several apartments, usually all in the same building, street or in adjacent streets.
You’ll have the best restaurants, bars and the wonderful sights of central Lisbon all within a short walk. You can take the train down the coast quickly to one of the nearby beach resorts of Cascais or Estoril.
For those of you heading to the ports or quaysides for a Lisbon boat trip or cruise – transport available easily (taxi, bus, underground or on foot).
